The ground rules for using this website and for working with us. Your signed proposal or subscription plan sits on top of these and wins wherever the two differ.
Who we are
This website is run by InfinetCX (“ICX”, “we”, “us”), I102, CGCP, Perumbakkam, OMR, Chennai 600100 · Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-TN-02-0479341. By using infinetcx.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using this website
- The site tells you about our products and services. It is information, not an offer: prices, features and timelines are confirmed only in a written proposal or plan.
- Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, or send spam or harmful content through its forms.
- What you send us through the contact form must be true and yours to share. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.
- We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.
Our content
The text, designs, screenshots, logos and product names on this site — including Zeno, HumBizz, CoreFlow and Vidi — belong to InfinetCX. You may view and share pages and link to them, but not copy, resell or reuse them as your own without our written permission.
Products and subscriptions
Our ready products are offered on subscription, with plans from ₹199 a month. The plan you choose sets what’s included, the price, billing and renewal. Unless your plan says otherwise:
- subscriptions renew each period until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal;
- fees already paid for a period are not refunded, except where the law requires it;
- you’re responsible for what your team does with your account and for keeping sign-in details safe;
- the data you put into a product stays yours. We process it on your behalf to run the service, keep it backed up, and let you export it if you leave.
Custom builds
For software we build for you, the proposal we both sign sets the scope, price, milestones and timeline. Unless it says otherwise:
- work starts once the proposal is accepted and any advance is paid;
- changes to the agreed scope are quoted and agreed before we do them;
- once paid in full, you own the custom work made for you. We keep ownership of our own tools, libraries and products that the work is built on, and you get the right to use them as part of your software;
- anything you give us — content, data, logos, access — must be yours to share, and stays yours.
Support and availability
We work hard to keep our products running and backed up nightly, and we reply to messages within one business day. Still, no online service is up every minute: planned maintenance, outages at our providers or events outside our control can interrupt it. Any specific uptime or support commitment is the one written in your plan or proposal.
Third-party services
Our products and this site rely on services such as Google Cloud and Firebase, Hostinger, Cloudflare, payment gateways and messaging providers like WhatsApp. Their own terms apply to their part, and we’re not responsible for their outages or changes.
Limits on our liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profit, lost business or lost data you could have backed up — arising from using the site or our services. Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using the site at any time, and cancel a subscription as your plan describes. We may suspend or end access if these terms, a plan or a proposal are seriously breached, or if the law requires it. Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue — ownership, liability limits, governing law — continue afterwards.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith; if it can’t be settled that way, the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date below shows the latest version, and the version in force when you use the site applies. For customers, significant changes are told to you in advance.
