What we collect when you get in touch through this site, why, and the rights you have over it under Indian law. Plain English, no small print.
Who we are
InfinetCX (“ICX”, “we”, “us”) builds websites, apps and AI agents, and runs the products Zeno, HumBizz, CoreFlow and Vidi. For this website, InfinetCX decides why and how your personal data is used — under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, that makes us the data fiduciary.

What this policy covers
This policy covers infinetcx.com and the enquiries you send us through it. Data that our customers keep inside Zeno, HumBizz, CoreFlow or Vidi is handled under our agreement with that customer: there, we process it on their behalf and follow their instructions.
What we collect
What you tell us. When you use the contact form: your name, email, and — if you choose to give them — your company, phone or WhatsApp number, country, what you need, your message, and how you’d like us to reach you.
What comes with the enquiry. The page you sent it from, the business type you picked in “Find your business”, campaign tags in the link you arrived by, the site that referred you, and your browser type. We use these to understand what you’re asking about.
What we don’t collect. No payment details, no passwords, no government ID numbers. We don’t use advertising cookies. The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser, and that never leaves your device.
Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, where they came from and how fast the pages load. It sets no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about what you need.
- To prepare a demo, a plan or a quote you asked for.
- To follow up on that conversation.
- To keep the form safe from spam and abuse.
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Your consent
By sending the contact form you consent to us using your details for the purposes above. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to Info@infinetcx.com; we’ll stop using your details and delete them unless the law requires us to keep them. Withdrawing doesn’t affect anything we did before you asked.
Where it’s kept, and who helps us
Enquiries are stored on Google Cloud (Firebase), with access limited to the people who need it to reply to you. The website itself is hosted by Hostinger, whose servers keep standard access logs, and Cloudflare counts visits as described above. Our email and messaging providers carry the replies we send you. Each of them handles your data only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up on the conversation. If you become a customer, it moves into our customer records. If you don’t, we delete it once it’s no longer needed — or sooner, if you ask.
How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, stored data is encrypted by our cloud provider, access is restricted and logged, and systems are backed up nightly. No method is perfect, but we follow reasonable security practices as the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules require. If a breach ever affects your data, we’ll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, once it’s no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for;
- resolve a complaint about how we’ve handled it;
- let someone you nominate exercise these rights for you if you can’t.
Write to Info@infinetcx.com and we’ll respond as quickly as we can, and within the time the law allows.
Children
This site is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if you think we have, tell us and we’ll delete it.
Grievances
Our Grievance Officer can be reached at Info@infinetcx.com or +91 88381 13104. If you’re not satisfied with how we resolve a complaint, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we’ll update this page and the date below. For significant changes, we’ll tell people whose data we hold.
